We envision a resilient electrified society, independent not only from fossil fuels, but also from critical mined materials, such as Lithium-ion or Vanadium. How can we reach that goal? By developing a disruptive innovative solution: a membrane-less redox flow battery that works exclusively with organic chemistry. Despite the name, our system is the simplest large-scale stationary energy storage you can imagine, usable by energy-intensive industries as well as energy utilities seeking cheap and sustainable energy storage solutions.

As an Administrative Assistant you will play a fundamental role in supporting the day-to-day operations and help our mission become reality.

What you will do:

  • Administrative Oversight: manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes (e-mails, phone calls etc., support managers in the booking/organization of work-trips).
  • Managing the office (ordering office suppliers etc.)
  • Team Coordination: foster effective communication and collaboration among office staff using the internal enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Budget Management: handle budgeting and cost control for office-related expenses. Do payment transactions. Support accounting.
  • HR Support: assist in HR functions, such as onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration.
  • Event Planning: coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Policy Implementation: implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Holiday replacement of the administrative accountant.
  • Contribute your own ideas to optimize the back office.

What you will bring:

  • Education: high school diploma.
  • Experience as office manager or administrative assistant. Experience in a startup setting is a plus.
  • Software Proficiency: Be proficient in relevant ERP software and tools such as Odoo, MS  Office.
  • Communication Skills: excellent written and verbal communication.
  • You have a reliable, precise and independent way of working.
  • Problem-Solving skills: Ability to identify challenges and propose solutions.
  • Continuous Learning mindset: desire to stay updated with ongoing professional development.
